Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Standard refunds
Because our service is digital and delivered immediately, we don't provide refunds for partial periods already used, except where required by law.
EU / UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you expressly waived that right by starting to use the service immediately.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, write to support@boxnoza.com within 60 days and we'll investigate.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
